Back To School Already? With Square1 it’s Easy

Time for school to be starting all across the country. And lots and lots of school supply shopping being done, right? Our oldest granddaughter is starting the 5th grade this year, wow, how time flies! We had a final summer “play date” and she wanted me to help personalize some of her school supplies.

The amazing Square 1 fabric adhesive backed, acid and pvc free product that was a perfect choice. Its better than vinyl because it is safe to use around kiddos, easy to apply to your surface cause it doesn’t stretch out of shape like vinyl does PLUS it’s repositionable too. And it cuts easily in either my Silhouette Cameo or Cricut Expression or even with a pair of scissors. Plus lucky for us, it just started coming in GLITTER sheets ! Woohoo ! What girl could resist a little glitter???

As you can see, the granddaughter picked her favorite icon right now, the mustache! I used a mustache file I had downloaded from the Silhouette Online Store. Even with those little curly edges of the mustache the Square 1 Glitter cut beautifully.

And the best part it was super easy to apply to the pencil bag and supply box without having to use any transfer tape. Just peeled right up off the backing sheet and we laid it down. Even her name that was welded together with the Silhouette Cameo software was easy to apply. And we just loved the way the black glitter really shines !

And as an added bonus, if she gets tired of the mustache, Square 1 it will come right off because it is repositionable and no sticky residue ! We could cut something else she likes and apply it. Gotta love that! You can even put this product on any smooth textured walls or other items. (Note: The Glitter product works best on smooth surfaces so heavy textured walls won’t work too well).
