I wish you would have mentioned that older operating systems on the MAC are not supporting this. Was unable to to do this as my computer is iOS 10.6.8. I wish there was a work-around as a new computer is out of the question.

We have not been able to use our Cricut Design Space for our Cricut Explore machine since July when the new plug-in that updates automatically was introduced. An update that automatically installs is not allowed by our IT department because of security restrictions. Why doesn’t Cricut offer the option for updating the plug-in as they were done before? We have invested a lot of time and money into using this system for our campus for bulletin boards, decorations and vinyl signage. We also subscribe annually to the Cricut Image Library. There has to be a solution to our situation. Please help us get back to our Cricut Design Space without the automatic update of the new plug-in. Please show us a solution to this major issue for us. Thank you.

  • I’m trying to install an update for the cricut design space. It never stops downloading. Seriously, why do I have to be online to use the cricut explore? Do they want to be able to steal any design the want?
