Hi Pam – Thanks for reading my blog post. Once you get your Cricut Explore you can purchase it using Design Space by following the video I posted. Its the only way to purchase it right now. Sometime in 2015 the physical cartridge will be available but Cricut has not released timing on that yet. Debbie

Hi Amanda – yes the FROZEN Digital Cartridge is only available to those in the USA at this time per Cricut. Sorry, I know that is disappointing. Maybe one day that will change if they can work out the licensing issues with Disney. Debbie

I was wondering do you know If you can use the digital cartridges from cricut on the new explore? I have never had a Cricut craft room account, Ive never owned a cricut. I would love the disney pixar cartridge I was jsut wondering if anyone knows if I can buy and use it with the new cricut.

Hi Kerri – So sorry for the delay in responding back to your question. I had issues with my email from my hosting company and just seeing all the messages today. If you still need the answer to your question….Yes, when you purchase the digital copy of any of the Cricut cartridges they will be in your Cricut.com account and will automatically be in your Cricut Design Space Library for you to use. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Again, sorry for the long delay but out of my hands.

I just checked with Cricut on this and found out that evidently Disney has not released the Frozen physicial cartridge rights as of yet. You can still only get it via digital format for Cricut Design Space AND Cricut Craftroom. Cricut is hoping it will be available as a physical cartridge later this year but not timing mentioned.

Will Frozen only be available in digital and cricut explore or can it be used on the cricut expression (the first one).

HI Linda – They are releasing the Frozen cartridge you can purchase soon (I think this month) and then you could use that with the Expression.
