Exciting Things Happening Around SMQ

HELLO EVERYONE !   I have some exciting things happening with Scrap Me Quick Designs over the next few weeks and months that I wanted to share with you all:

• First, I am heading off to the 2014 Close to My Heart Convention in California this week.  4 days of  learning all about all the new Close To My Heart products. So stay tuned for news on the ALL NEW CATALOG AND PRODUCTS …PLUS THERE IS A NEW CRICUT CTMH CARTRIDGE COMING OUT IN AUGUST.  I know you will want to get your hands on that one since the other 3 are such awesome cartridges.  So check back as I will share images from the new catalog and cartridge as soon as I can. It’s so exciting, I can hardly wait to share with you!

• In July, I am launching an ONLINE SERIES OF DIE CUT CLASSES !  I am so excited to finally be able to offer you step by step video instructions on a variety of die cut subjects. The class will include A PDF reference sheet to help you remember the steps we cover in each class and ability to ask me questions specificially to help answer your questions regarding course material.  You will also have access to watch the classes over and over again as many times as you like too.   Some of the Classes I will be launching will include:

Taking the Mystery Out of Using SVG Files 

How To Find Cool Fonts and Use with your Die Cut Machine   

Embellishing Your Die Cuts to Make them Extra Special

3D Fun:  Tips and Tricks for Assembling 3D Die Cut Projects

• Website Update: I am re-designing part of my website to make it even more user friendly. Part of this process will include changing hosting companies, so don’t panic if you check in one day and the site is down. It will mean progress is being made and will back up and running in a few hours.  I am not going anywhere…you will be able to find me here so don’t panic !  LOL

• And starting in August I will be hosting a FREE monthly DIE CUT WEBINAR online.  It will be a fun hour online where we can chat about die cutting, watch me working live on a die cut project and pick up tips on how I use my die cuts. It’s sure to be fun !  And you will be able to play along too as you watch me create a project.  More will be posted here on signing up to be notified of the FREE Die Cut Webinar.  I am trying to think of a fun name for it so if you have one, leave me a comment. 

And in September, my youngest daughter is getting married. So we are working on some fun die cut projects for the decorating I will be sharing here too.

Lots going on…all great things.
