New Product Announcement: Sizzix Magnetic Platform

WOW, Sizzix is coming out with an amazing new Magnetic Platform for the Big Shot/Big Kick.  It will allow you to use their metal framelets (or other brands of thin metal dies like Spellbinders, etc) on the platform so they stay put when you die cut.  Genius !

Now I do want to point out they say the new Magnetic Platforms will be available at  Retailers starting in September but no mention of pricing just yet.  And please don’t forget the WARNING: IF YOU WEAR A PACEMAKER, YOU CAN NOT USE THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE MAGNETIC PROPERTIES.

I can see myself getting one of these magnetic platforms, how about you?

    Stampin’ Up! currently carries this product and its $39.95. Sizzix makes it for SU and from what I’ve heard, it will be the same price in stores. Also, as a reminder, most stores coupons cannot be used on die cutting products. As for the warning, I was informed by SU that a person should check with their physician regarding their pacemakers and the magnetic platform.

    According to the Sizzix website, the MSRP is going to be $39.99.
