June is an Extra Special Month

IT’S JUNE ALREADY ! And that means a very special month is happening. FIrst off, It’s my hubby’s birthday…and he will finally be as old as me for the next few months. And even though he teases me the other half of the year that he is younger than me, I still love him and wanted to make him a special birthday card.

Luckily, the June Kaboom Stamp of Month from CTMH was an awesome cool stamp set that inspired me to create an extra special card for my man.

The card has “extra special” touches with all those fun Fireworks stamps and washi tape.  I just love the blue color of the Outdoor Denim ink and the red of the Cranberry ink.  Those are hard colors to find in other inks and worked perfectly together on this card. Plus I love that I can purchase cardstock that matches the ink for a completely coordinated card.  Here is a list of all the supplies I used to make the card:
