Did you know that there is an actual National Scrapbook Day ?  It is celebrated the first Saturday in May each year.  Its a great way to set aside time to record your memories through scrapbooking.  There are various celebrations on blogs, facebook, scrapbook manufacturer websites, and of course in person events at scrapbook stores and other local centers.

In fact, I am hosting a group of crafty ladies in a 12 Hour Crop today at a local church. Lots of fun, door prizes, make n takes and more is planned. It is so fun to spend time crafting away with others who love the same hobby I do…preserving my families memories by scrapbooking !

I will be back to post photos of some of the fun things we did at the National Scrapbook Day Crop !
